Celtics Season Tickets Delayed

So this is the email my buddy just received from the Celtics regarding our season tickets.

Dear Roberto,
Opening Night will be here before we know it and we hope you are ready for what is sure to be another exciting season. At this time we would like to inform you that due to a labor strike at our ticket printing company the mailing of season ticket books will be slightly delayed this year. We have made this decision in order to maintain the quality of souvenir tickets that our season ticket holders have enjoyed in the past, and we are happy to announce that this season's tickets will be even more special as they will commemorate the Celtics' 2008 World Championship.
As a result, we are asking that season ticket holders print tickets for the two home preseason games directly from Account Manager online. A review of the Account Manager function is given below and includes a tutorial on how to utilize this great benefit. Season ticket books will be mailed from our office the week of October 20. If you have any questions about this process please contact your Account Executive or call the Celtics Sales Office at 866-4CELTIX.
Please take the time to click here and read the letter of apology from our ticket printer, Mercury Graphics. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience and we thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

I'm generally not one to complain about things like this but this is **** bush league. I mean we are the fans of the defending champions and this is how we are rewarded for dropping a ton of money on season tickets? I have a hard time believing this strike just snuck up on them too. They couldn't get another printing company and get this done by the time preseason starts? I'm sure many of you season ticket holders will agree with me when I say the ticket draft is something I look forward to all summer with my buddies. It's just not as fun when you don't have the actual tickets in hand. Anyway, I digress. I just wanted to vent a bit, thanks for listening. I can't wait for this season to get underway. Go Celtics!

I haven't received that email yet. I wa wondering when the tickets were coming? Now I know why they aren't here. This stuff happens.
