Said Celtics coach Doc Rivers: "I thought he gave and lot of good hits. I don't know if they were intentional but two or three people went down and Perk was standing near them, so I just assumed he's the culprit."

Delonte West is still out for the Cavaliers because of a "personal matter". I really enjoy watching former teamates Rondo and West go at it. But I guess we'll have to wait another time for that.

It has been asked who is Bill Walker going to piss off tonight... And I feel this is a valid question because lately he has been on a roll... doesn't matter how big a star that player is...

So I felt I should step up and predict that the next player to be ticked off by Billy is... Ben Wallace!

Now some of you are going to stay, "Wait a sec, Big Ben isn't playing tonight."

Ah so, little grasshopper... it doesn't matter... you see, Bill ticks off EVERYBODY... for god's sakes... I bet some of the other team boards have "I hate Billy" threads running...

Granted, it's pretty sad - but highly entertaining for us...

What up with Delonte West, they said that he has missed most of preseason with personal issues and no one in the organization will tell why he is gone. I wanted to see him play tonight, still like the guy's game, oh well. Anyone know why Delonte is not with the team?

Max and Grande said there was a rumor it was contract related, even though the team has said it isn't.

That is strange, West has been resigned so it must be the operation/interpretation of the contract that is causing the issue.

Normally its whether there is going to be a contract at all or the amount that has a player sitting on the pine or not turning up.

Maybe West will be available again soon, so we can have the fun of the ever present "should we get Delonte back" threads. These of course are only rivalled by the "Antoine Walker - Sinner or Saint" epics.

Doc wanted a better and longer look at Miles at the wing and Pruitt at the wing. I suspect walker and Giddens will play a lot for the rest of the preseason.
