WEEI carries all of their games so I'm assuming that they stream the games live on delay. You'll have to visit their site and see. But, you might have to join the site, though. I don't know... The last time I'd listen to a game online was through WRKO and even then I'd preferred to just listen to the game on my clock radio.

Thanks, i am living out of market for the first time in my life so I am looking for some free way to follow the Cs beyond just highlights and box scores.

NBA Audio League Pass is free to subscribers...and subscription is free to all. It used to be $19.95 a season, but it's supposed to be free this year.
Go to http://nba.com, scroll down the very bottom. Over on the right most column click on Audio League Pass. Sign up if you aren't a member, otherwise log in and enjoy.
Edit: Sometimes, I have problems running the archived games, getting some sort of exception error, but this is fixable. I think the problem is an error in the translation NBA.COM's software does when it creates the archive string. Somehow or other the ? after the http gets converted to something else. You can fix this by copying the http: from the error screen, paste it into VLC or Media Player's Play URL text box, and then make sure the : is after the last http and then pare it down to something like... http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/nba/alp ... 081014.asx ...it will play.
In fact, I'm listening to last night's game right now.
