I have DirecTV. Last season I watched all C's home games in HD. They never show away games in HD. I think they won't show pre season games in HD even if it's a home game.

I almost got it and it was a disaster. Guys came to my house twice, once I had taken a day off and they came when it was dark and was supposed to be before noon. Next time, same freaking thing. Although they were supposed to be there by 3 and the guy shows up at 7 in the middle of the winter. Then he tells me he can't tell where is a good place to put it due to the trees. He wanted to put it on my roof, but I wasn't about to deal with a guy on my roof in the dark, in the middle of winter. So, I saw it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be. And thank god, because I could not handle road games not in HD. Hopefully for everyone, they change that this year.

I live in NJ and watch the C's on directv NBA league pass. All games\are the home teams broadcst. So tI watched all of the C's home games in HD. The road games depended on if the other team was broadcasting in HD.

They broadcast all games in HD. The issue seems to on DirecTV's end in picking up the HD feed and making it available on 630-1. I don't believe the first few games of the exhibition season were in HD, but anything broadcast from an NBA arena should be in HD.

Keep emailing Comcast and they can get on DTV's case.

I no longer have it at the moment but DirecTv is by far the most hassle free large company I have ever dealt with and usually is noticeably less stingy than cable companies when it comes to providing you withgood receivers and HD and what not (installers might be a different story, they usually work for contractors). I would assume that it won't be long before all games are shown in HD. HD on DirecTv is at least slightly better quality than HD on cable, too.

Directv is easy to use but man the games not being HD is a huge deal for me. I remember last year the games would be in HD. Then at 10pm the audio would just be gone. All you would have is the picture. it is really kind of annoying.

do you guys w/ direct tv nba league pass get the online access too as the added bonus? i hate that they don't offer just an online package to watch the games...they'd get a lot more business IMHO.

I really can't afford to shell out the $169 for League Pass, is there any option yet that anyone knows of to just purchase the package to watch online? They really should offer it (and for less $) if not already...

Yeah the NBA is pretty bad about that stuff. They have to push the issue themsleves. No one is going to do it for them. I don't think.

Good you are not losing your mind. I answer my questions while I talk to the TV every night. My wife is used to it now.
