Looking thru sales at Stubhub, there are no sold listings for section 306 row 10. There is a pair listed at $119 per seat on the aisle.

If you are going to lie, make up one that cannot be disproved so easy.

The screwed up thing is I almost bit a few weeks ago for the sox game. Then looked where the seats actually were. Wow.

There are much better deals out there.

This guy is a ticket broker, no doubt about it. I was laughing my ass off at his post from last week about cheap tickets for preseason games. He wanted more than face value, hah. I ended up selling my two $60 tickets to Friday night's Knicks game for $30 each. Please nobody buy from this joker. He's trying to rip you off.
