Looking thru sales at Stubhub, there are no sold listings for section 306 row 10. There is a pair listed at $119 per seat on the aisle.

This guy is a ticket broker, no doubt about it. I was laughing my ass off at his post from last week about cheap tickets for preseason games. He wanted more than face value, hah. I ended up selling my two $60 tickets to Friday night's Knicks game for $30 each. Please nobody buy from this joker. He's trying to rip you off.

I too think this guy is some sort of broker, and until proven otherwise, these and all other "offers" will be locked.
