According to the internet, it says the game is at 8, does that mean the actual game will start at 8 or the banner and the ring ceremony will start at 8? Got tix to the opener and just wondering what time I should plan to get there... Thanks!

EARLY! There will most definitely be a line and I'd assume the 8 time you heard is the gametime, not the ceremony stuff. If I were you I'd be there no later than 7

That's what I figured, since the usual game time for Celtics home games are 7:30. Thanks a lot!

It sucks, I have a pre job interview information session at 8. Will anyone be recording the game, or will there be an encore on CSN?

I plan on getting in there no later than 7. I'm sure there will be a bunch of pagentry and such. I can't wait.

I know they usually play a condensed version of the game at midnight and 8am the next day, not sure about the rings and stuff though. I'd imagine they will replay it just from the amount of time they've spent on last season lately.

the game isnt on comcast tomorow it will be on tnt. I just checked and tnt has a season preview on at 7,Im guessing the ring ceremony will be on sometime during that show.

oh NOOOO, a national game for the ceremonies!! they'll prob just show it as they go to commercials or something, oh well, I'll dvr both csn and tnt in hopes they don't botch this.

Sucks that it's on TNT....

NBAtv mentions that they will be showing it. I'm taping both I think.

I'm sad I won't be getting home from work till ~7:30.... hopefully won't miss it.

I really need to suck it up and get DVR.
