Hi there,

sorry to create a new topic for this but i wasnt sure where else to get the info and thought someone here would know

ive recently purchased tickets to the suns celtics game in january (through a reseller) and they are section 3 row A, floor level near the visitors bench just extending into the baseline

does anyone know which way the seat numbers work? is seat 1 the seat closest to the baseline or would that be seat 12 (in the 12 seat section)

if anyone knows i would greatly appreciate it

thanks guys, good luck this season (not that youll need much luck!!)

:-)

crappy, so our seat 11/12 will be the ones right in the corner, DOH!

still, not bad seats either way!

i think i might stand out in the sea of green there wearing my orange gear lol, will i get out alive? not sure you would want to sit next to a suns fan would you? :-)

me and some friend are coming from australia just to watch the suns, were driving along the whole east coast road trip through toronto, boston, new york, charlotte, atlanta and washington before heading to phoenix for some more games..... (if you click on my sig it takes you to the suns website where were blogging about the trip etc all the way)

do you guys have any advice for where would be good to stay for a group of 5, cheap? (the aussie $$ has plummeted lately!) or any sites that we have to see? i dont know alot about boston, but cant wait to check it out. obviously with the tight schedule following the suns, were only there for like 2 days, but were keen to pack everything in as best we can

Don't sweat the fans, as long as you're not talking a bunch of stuff about the game you'll have a blast. That's the perfect area for you too because that's right where the Suns bench is. It will be one big splotch of orange.
And there's a bunch of stuff to keep ya busy within walking distance of the arena, the one must for a tourist is Faneuil Hall.
others I'd suggest- North End: Boston's little Italy
Harvard Square: trendy college kids
newbury st: rich people and people who wanna be rich people
fenway park: take a tour, its a necessary

and good luck on the trip, im jealous

Pizzeria Regina is my favorite pizza in the world. Great place for a pre game meal.

Throw popcorn at Shaq also. He likes that.

Shaq will make the water boy pick it up off the ground so he can eat it!!! He is a load. What is he 37? He should be losing way so he can play at a high level of energy thoughout the season. He looks even fatter.

he is actually underweight compared to last season, he does look big tho.

The suns medical staff is regarded as one of the best in the L and when you can see how they managed Nash, got amare back from microfracture which was supposed to rob him of his athleticism, managed grant hill one of the most injury prone players in history etc, then i have hopes that perhaps they can hold off father time just for this season  in regards to shaq

then next year he becomes one of our 40mil in expirings :-)

i reckon you will see shaq / nash / hill play a career low in minutes this year just to keep them fresh for the playoffs. this is the deepest the suns have ever been.

hey, do you know where the best place after / before a game might be to try to get some autographs?

at your seats is the corner the opposing team usually signs autographs before the game

for real? sweet, were hoping to get some autographs at some point, were hoping that it would be this game or we also have front row seats (well front row behind the suns bench) for the suns hawks game a few days later

would be awesome!
