Post#1 » by rambo_ortega » Tue Nov 4, 2008 7:52 am

trade brian scalabrine stright up for damien wilkins.

wilkins is an athletic sf who can score, defend and shoot the 3 ball. basically a guy who can do some of what posey does. would okc do this?

Why would anyone trade anything for perhaps the worst player in the league? So, no, they wouldn't do it.

Maybe a poor man's Cardinal. Seriously Cardinal's contract is bad but he had a couple of James Posey like years before he got his deal 9/4 in 24 mpg.

Scal is probably worth a roster spot in the league somewhere but he has actually really played poorly here in Boston. I don't even know if getting Leon is worth paying Scal for.

For the Celtics to be able to move Scal they are going to need to include a pick or BBD/Pruitt.

Wilkins plays for the Thieves right? I'd rather pool resources to try and pry Joe Smith away from em

Damian Wilkins is almost as bad. But OKC wouldn't do it anyway. Why would they? Look at their depth chart. They don't need another forward. Especially not another crap one.
