On the current roster....who will find after their career is over, that they have their number retired in the rafters? And what will they have done to secure such?

E.g. BBD developed a reliable mid range jumper and consitently uses his great footwork, speed nad bulk to put up 30ppg for the next 10yrs. Hypothetical.....jezzz!

Paul Pierce for sure. KG as long as he stays here a bit. Ray as well. Perhaps Rondo years down the line if he continues on the path it seems he just might be on.

Pierce is a lock.

KG maybe. Ray maybe. If they bring another title to boston, then I might say yeah.

It's tough, they have so many retired, I imagine they will start to cut down, or do what the red sox do, and set special standards you need to have.
