I have a feeling this game will be very different than the last time we played the Pacers

Pacers just beat the fakers so tomorrow's win will be even sweeter.

I felt good about them having beaten the Lakers to make up for beating us before I remembered they had us next.
No problem getting up for a team that's beaten both us and the Lakers, has our ex-coach running it, and has our franchise demigod in the executive suite.
I hope.

Last time we played them--we had played the night before--it's payback time....Although I'd like to thank them for beating L.A.

How are the Pacers only 7-10? The Lakers and Celtics are a combined 31-4, but 0-2 vs. Indiana.
Way to go Indy! I hope they're tired out though. The Celtics should be ready for them.

We won't be the ones getting into town at 4am this time at least. I expect a complete reversal of how the last game went down.

The pacers are a young team and their record speaks for it. They also have day in day out injuries early this season. Nevertheless, they are a really good, balanced team with a lot of talent on every position. not to mention that their other go to guy mdjr is not yet playing. They will be a surprised playoff team imo and will match up well with most teams.
I love them for beating the lakers which gives us the unanimous best record in the league but i hope they won't do the same to us tom.
I think we will win big this time. We're playing so much better. Interesting game!

So the Pacers have beaten the celtics and in the last week have beaten the Rockets and the Lakers, with two close loses to Dallas and the Bulls ... and a blow out loss against the Magic.
That's a tough schedule and the Pacers are playing well.
Granger is playing out of his skin and seems to either be having a 'lightning in a bottle' season, or a break out season. He reminds a lot of Caron Butler, who reminds me a lot of... Pierce.
Should be a great game.

I like the pacers. They have a nice team with some solid players.
But tonight is payback time!

TA is questionable for tonight:
Guard Tony Allen sustained a sprained right ankle after driving into the lane early in the second quarter against Orlando Monday, then returned to action. He is probable for tonight. "There is a very good chance he may not be able to go," Rivers said. "But he may." . . . Guard Gabe Pruitt (virus) returned to practice and will be available.

While I do think they are an inferior team and we should have beaten them before, the fact is they trounced us, and they just be the "superior" Lakers. So we should not go in to tonight's game overconfident. I think we will win and make a statement because our guys understand what went wrong last time (and remember the fatigue of it being the back end of a back-to-back) and will win handily.

I hope Tony plays tonight. If he doesn't, that will hurt more than we think, especially against a team like the Pacers.

I knew Danny Granger would be really good. The guy would be a great 2nd option on a winning team.
As for the game... we need it. The players can say all they want about it not being a revenge game, but it is.

I'm surprised the Pacers are winning games. I predicted them to be one of the worst teams this season.
