Not that Boston only cares this season about capturing records. Because repeating is what's primarily on their minds I would think. These present records could be brought up at some point the closer Boston comes to possibly tying one or more of them.

7. Road Warriors = 33 Wins

No team had won more on the road than the Bulls who established yet another NBA record with 33 wins. The Bulls didn’t just show up in visiting arenas, it was how they showed up. They were the undisputed No. 1 road draw having converted the hometown faithful fans in visiting cities (see No. 23, 33 and 91 jerseys in the stands). Home or on the road, it didn’t matter, the adoration the ’96 Bulls enjoyed was unprecedented. It was Beatles-esque. Everyone wanted a piece of this team.

6. Most Wins With Only Three Losses – 40-3

The Bulls tied the ’72 Lakers with the most wins with three losses when they notched its 39th win over the Rockets in Houston. The Bulls bested that record the next night in Sacramento, rolling to a 40-1 mark.

5. 50 Wins With Fewest Losses

The torrid pace continued when the Bulls reached the 50 win plateau with only six losses. The previous record was held by the ’67 76ers who compiled a 50-7 mark.

With their 94-74 defeat against the Celtics on Tuesday, the Rockets' 22-game winning streak came to an end.

Houston passed the 1970-71 Milwaukee Bucks last Friday for the second longest stretch in NBA history. The 1971-72 L.A. Lakers possess the longest winning streak in NBA history with 33 straight victories.

I know its kinda early, but also another record that we have a chance of breaking is the longest win streak one. The 72 Lakers coached by Bill Sharman won 33 games in a row. I doubt anyone will ever break that record though.

I would like a Boston win as well. That is, I'll like for the winning streak to continue a tad longer to tie or surpass the twenty-two mark held by Houston. The record is thirty-three held by the Lakers.

From an individual player standpoint, Perkins can possibly break Cedric Maxwell's franchise record for the highest field goal percentage by season's end. Perkins is ranked fourth in the league in that category presently.

I hope Perk breaks Maxwell's record, that'll really upset him. I don't respect former players (or anyone for that matter) that grudge like he does.
