they could be a problem... it depends on whether their fast break offense is showing up this game. If it doesn't then it'll be a blowout because they have absolutely no half court game.

Oh God just win Celtics, so we can get this record business out of the way!

Philly will probably make the playoffs, now that Brand is gone....Let's just hope the C's aren't looking ahead to Thursday.

We won't look ahead...we're downright Belichick-ian now in terms of keeping it one day at a time....

We will beat the Sixers, no doubt...

Hopefully O'Bryant gets a ton of playing time. I want to see what this kid can do with extended minutes.

I know, me too! I can't wait to see POB blow defensive assignments, display his atrocious footwork, look gangly and awkward and uncoordinated, look like a lost deer in the headlights, and hit that little hook shot he's made a few times...should be great!

That might be the case, but you never know he might be a hidden jewel. He has been awful thus far, but he's like a human victory cigar. Once he gets put in the game it means Doc knows we have the win.

Actually Scala hasn't been totally awful lately. He's awful/to fair now.

CBS have the sixers at 9% chance of winning.

Like every game against a non-contender when you have a streak like we do, this counts as a trap game.

If we lose, everyone will be saying 'trap game' and Brand might be looking over his shoulder.

Certain players just lose where ever they go, for whatever reason. That's not dissing Brand (I really am not trying to upset Sixer fans) but he's a certified Shareef Abdur-Rahim, 1 year in the playoffs doesn't make him a winner, Reef made it once too, and they will play better without him.

Enough about Philly, I can't wait for this game to start, I've been enjoying every game. Boston doesn't take any games for granted, the one game at a time mentality is the best way to win.

Let's hope the C's blow this one open early and rest the starters, and we see a LOT of POB tonight :)

Dikembe Update: he says he'll be in Boston or San Antonio by the end of this year... Max doesn't like him, I do though

Nervous about this one. Bunch of players got to the game late.

Good to see Rondo hit an open jumper early. Transition D isn't great so far.
