My Opinion on the Current State of C's

I will try one more time.
The second unit cannot set up at half court. Eddie picks up his
dribble way too far from the paint. And he is way too deliberate
mostly because he has no handle. The C's are much better when
they create an advantage by not letting the opposition set up.
When we are smoking it is because Rondo creates one advantage
after another. Of course this takes a lot out of him and he gets
punished, but it makes us the best team in the league. It is
hard for him to do this every night as he would like to be around
for the platoffs.
Rondo needs help. Personally I think Pruitt can do it. The more he
plays the more aggressive and confident he gets and pretty soon
he would be taking it to the hoop and dishing on a regular basis.
Right now he too is setting up too far out , but this would be
overcome with regular minutes. If not Pruitt, then get somebody
who can.
Our second unit plays best when they don't play a half court offense.
Eddie will hit his shots more regularly when given the open shot. TA
is better streaking to the basket. Same with Powe.
We need a point guard to back up Rondo who takes off and a mobile,
6'10' power forward who blocks shots and has some experience on second
unit and we would rock.
The first unit can play half court when its clicking but I don't think our
second unit can ever play half court.
