Maggette?

On the home page, there's an article about seven players available via trade. Given that Philly's within our division, I'd say they're out, and I'm not sure any of the other players listed really help us all that much. With one exception: Maggette. Not sure if Golden State would make this trade, whether they're trying hard to get something back, or just want to dump salary. But, here's an idea in the event they're just trying to shed:
Incoming Players
Glen Davis
6-8 C from LSU
3.7 ppg, 3.0 rpg, 0.7 apg in 16.2 minutes
Sam Cassell
6-3 PG from Florida State
0.0 ppg, 0.0 rpg, 0.0 apg in 0.0 minutes
Tony Allen
6-4 SG from Oklahoma State
8.0 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 1.2 apg in 19.7 minutes
Brian Scalabrine
6-9 PF from USC
2.1 ppg, 1.0 rpg, 0.4 apg in 9.5 minutes
Outgoing Players
Corey Maggette
6-6 SF from Duk
19.1 ppg, 5.7 rpg, 1.8 apg in 34
If need be, maybe we replace Baby with Pruitt.
Anyway, we bite the bullet and sign Antoine to replace Baby, and the rotation looks like this:
Perkins/O'Bryant
Garnett/Powe
Pierce/A. Walker
Allen/Maggette
Rondo/House
Of course, the main downside is that our defense certainly gets worse, as Tony Allen has remained if nothing else very potent on that end of the floor. But, it takes care of our scoring, and I also believe that O'Bryant would flourish if given more minutes. He can score, block shots, etc. And if Bill Walker and/or Giddens get a shot and play their way into the rotation, Antoine becomes Scal.
As for Golden State, they get out of a deal with four seasons left on it, and get a look at Allen and Baby in the process. Yeah, the C's are then committed to Maggette for a while, but in the worst case scenario, he replaces Ray for a few seasons after we deal him away/don't re-sign him.
