Like someone said earlier, teams have figured us out. Every team that is going to play us will watch a video of the teams that have beaten us. They will watch these games closely and see how that particular team beat us. Honestly, if you were a coach wouldn't you be curious how to beat the best team in the league. All you have to do is watch the tape of the teams that have beaten that best team and use the same tactics. So far it's working for these teams.

We are not a physical team, nor are we that athletic. Most teams will out-run us, esp teams like Atlanta, Cavaliers, Lakers, Warriors and as I'm starting to notice almost every team nowdays outruns us.

We need to get more physical and more athletic. We have one true center who is Perk and a PF Powe who is undersized and is being used as a center at times. We desperately need another tough big man who can just protect the paint.

When you get out-muscled you lose entire rhythm of the game. Defence starts to collapse, turnovers increase because of bad decisions, all of a sudden players become "selfish" and try to do everything themselves.

Teams have figured us out big time. They know what works and how to beat us. Our weaknesses have been exposed. We need to have a plan B, unfortunately I seriously, honestly don't think Doc is a smart enough coach to make these tweaks in our rotation.

Our starting 5 are just too damn tired and our big 3 are just getting old. You can tell KG is just exhausted out there. When you're exhausted, your game changes dramatically.

I strongly believe that we will not repeat and win the championship. It's nearly impossible right now.
We are unable to get any quality big man, we are really unable to add another important piece to our bench and that's why Posey and PJ.Brown will be missed. I know Danny Ainge is scratching his head right now wondering why he didn't keep Posey. But this is all history now.


Folks, the worst is yet to come. I really have a bad feeling about all this. We will get massacred in Cleveland on Friday and chances are we will lose tonight as well.

luckily for me Im not as worried as you right now lol but your right teams are all playing us the same way right now and we def need a tough big man and POB is the complete opposite of that.

How do we land this ough big man? I would trade Ray for someone like Chris Kaman when he is healthy. Who is this guy that is out there is my question.

Thats the problem lol there are no big men and even if one becomes available we have nobody to trade

I think Paul should call up PJ and tell him that theyve known each other for awhile and theyve been through a whole heep together and the celtics really really need him.

My fingers are crossed that Joe Smith gets bought out, because he was very good for Cleveland last year. Alas, he probably won't, because OKC will likely throw him into a trade.

I think the Cs should just forfeit the rest of the games this season since they obviously won't win the title. Lets rest up for next year. Listen, I am as upset as the next guy, but it is freaking January. The Lakers lost last night too, at home. Should they do the same? Get real guys. Tough stretch, yes. Too many people still are inflicted with the pre-championship years and really don't know how to handle this.

I swear so many a-holes on here are desperate to get back to the bad ol' losing days...it's **** frustrating (and yes, there is a difference between being concerned with flaws and thinking the **** sky is falling!)

Sky will be falling if we lose tonight and then on Friday. Then it's time to hit the PANIC button.

Maybe time for a tough, peppery Australian bloke?

It's not that the celtics are losing it is WHO they are losing to. It is one thing to lose to a quality team like the hornets. It is another to lose to three teams that suck and who have a combined record of 36-68

What is going to happen when the Celtics have their west coast trip and play good teams like the Hornets, Dallas, Utah Phoenix and Denver?

That is exactly why the Celtics need to win games against horrible teams. Save you losses for teams that are actually good.

Yeah the answer is out there the Bobcats decided to shoot 48% from the field instead of 44% and piled on with 44% from 3 when they avg 35%.

Yeah we are going to have a hard time with athletic teams that like to run who ordinarily don't knock down shots decide that they are going to.

The rotations are breaking down and we aren't making the open shots we almost always do, but don't kid yourself we have run into some buzzsaws which comes with getting a lot of rollovers early in the year. If Ammo and Felton could play like that all the time they wouldn't be the laughing stock they have been.

Am I the only one that's not that worried? All of the losses were pretty close late and could've gone either way.

I think I know where we can get a big man that can contribute for virtually nothing. Lets trade Scal straight up for Kenny Thomas. I always have loved the way he plays when healthy.

I dont think its time to panic but you cant ignore the way the team has been playing. They were destroying these teams a month ago and now they are fighting to keep the other teams lead in single digits. The Knicks completely outworked us the other night then go out and give the Thunder their 5th win of the season the next night....im sorry but that raises a flag for me.

I use to like Kenny alot back in the day but he is definately not a big man.... I think Powe might be taller then him.

Our two most athletic players are in the D-League. I still have hope that Walker will be recalled in the 2nd half of the season.

We need to play better defense and stop turning the ball over with stupid passes that they make. When we played the Knicks I think Clyde said it best when he said that we needed to stop making a$$anine passes. This has been a problem for the last two years with this team making terrible passes, either lazy passes, not paying attention passes, and passes from terrible angles. A veteran team like this shouldn't be turning the ball over the way they do.
