NET PER's after 40 Games (31-9)

NET PER is your PER minus the PER of the man you are guarding each game.
35% of Total Team Minutes are Required for an NBA Rank (679 Celtic Minutes)

+09.7 Kevin Garnett - 12th in NBA
+08.7 Ray Allen - 15th in NBA
+05.1 Paul Pierce - 40th in NBA
+04.9 Rajon Rondo - 43rd in NBA

+02.8 Tony Allen
+02.0 Leon Powe

-00.1 Eddie House
-00.6 Kendrick Perkins - 118th in NBA

-03.7 Gabe Pruitt (would be higher if he wasn't defending SG's when paired w/E House)
-06.1 Patrick O'Bryant (in spite of all the TO's and Fouls by the 22 year old, it's better than Davis')

-09.5 Glen Davis (20 mpg from a real center would do wonders for this team)
-13.3 Brian Scalabrine (I like him, his floor spacing, and hustle - but yikes)

Well, it's pretty clear a backup C that can play is the most pressing need.
