thought West had served his 1 game suspension?

I think we get out with a nice win...but think Antonio Daniels might give rondo a lil strife with his shooting and vet wit

i loved it when the C's played the Hornets earlier in the year b/c I got to see Posey play live again. I miss, him and this team could really use him off the bench this year. I wonder why Ainge decided to bring a dime a dozen shooter back in Eddie House and complete bum like Tony Allen back instead of using that money to re-sign Posey

the bum and shooter are only on 1 and 2 year deals.
Posey would be here for 4 more.
Only the starting 5 will be here that long.
The real question is, Maglorie for vet min.. Barnes for vet min... why didn't we get one acceptable replacement for Posey or PJ after they left when other teams did with players that cost nothing?

Magloire and Matt Barnes were definitely the answers for the Celtics....
The reality is that these guys don't really possess the skills that this bench is missing. Magloire is nothing special on either end and frankly he wouldn't fit into the defensive scheme where bigs are tasked with defending out in space on pick and roll plays. Barnes is easily the most dirty player in the NBA, everytime I watch him play I'm astounded by the cheap shots he consistently takes at opposing players. He's not chippy a la Posey, the guy is downright dirty and his offensive game is questionable at best.
In regards to this game, damn the Hornets look awful with their top guys out, that's a team that truly lacks depth on the roster.

Joey
I have had a terribly stressful day today - trying to chill.
Looking forward to a nice Celtics win. I will take it even if the Hornets are depleted.
Please be perky and happy when you post tonight! :0))))))
Peace

Horrible start! Defense has been absolutely PATHETIC! Nothing but dunks and layups.
It doesn`t look good at all. If we play like this we will lose again...
