WESTBROOK/WATSON/ATKINS
WEAVER/SEFOLOSHA
DURANT/WILKINS/MASON
GREEN/COLISON/SMITH/ROSE/DJ WHITE
KRSTIC/SWIFT/SENE

That is 16 players. Bolded rotation players before Sefelosha/Rose trade.

Hmmm...Candidates to get buyout/cut:

1)Rose...just aquired from NY, cant play anymore
2)Mason...expiring, season ending surgery
3)Atkins...I doubt because they need depth at pg/sg position
4)Smith...it is basically his choice

It is really hard to say if Joe will get buyout?

Yeah looks like Joe will only get bought out if he wants too.

If what he gets bought out for, plus what his new team pays him is basically a wash, and he has an opportunity to go to a title contender, why would he not want to be bought out?

What a bummer. I hope Joe gets bought out at some point. He will obviously serve much more of a purpose here rather than in OKC.

The Thunds have to waive someone immediately because after today they have 16 guys under contract. It doesn't mean they won't also waive Smith a little later.
