As an assisnat coach or no ?

He is a good assistant I'm guessing something like Ron Harper is for the Lakers

I heard that *if* he does come back, it will be as a coach and not as a player...

He won't come back as either, and he'll be available should the C's need him, i.e. like an injury.

He will probably just sign on as a coach next season.. however, the Nuggets (George Karl specifically( have interest in him as a coach aswell

Ron Harper is in Detroit. You probably mean Brian Shaw. Ron never took a job with the Lakers.

I am very interested to know what happened with Sam. Is he at all upset or let down? Did he see this coming? does he know he is coming back in some capacity. I am sure our front office handled this with tact but it will be interesting to hear sam's story.
