2 Things - LeBron copied KG; Big 3 must want Marbury

We are huge fans of Gant's regular posts. As a tribute, I have "2 things" that fellow Celtics fans don't seem to be talking about.

1. We know LeBron is a huge fan of KG, ever since he was in high school. In the recent Scoop Jackson piece, every star was asked who they want to be if not themselves. Most people said LeBron. Some said Yao Ming or Nate Rob. KG said he just wants to be himself. But LeBron thought about it and then said KG! He liked everything about KG.. the charisma, personality, game, everything.

now consider that LeBron does the chalk thing that KG made famous in Sota. That he does before every game. Is it a stretch to say that LeBron actually copied the thing from KG?? it's a tribute..

2. So we are most likely getting Marbury. Some people are talking about how DA shouldn't do this. how it'll be a chemistry problem. How come few people remember that Pierce has been calling for Marbury for 1 year now? This isn't a DA or Doc thing. If Marbury is coming to Boston, it's because Pierce, KG, and Allen want him.

You knew this was coming when Pierce said in August 2008 (which we all discussed) that Marbury should be bought out. He wanted Marbury. That's why, assuming Marbury is in green and healthy, this will work.

it's easier to be a cancer in the locker room where people like Nate Robinson, Mardy Collins, Al Harrington, Eddy Curry, Isiah Thomas, and Jamaal Crawford are the ones bickering with you. All the people i just mentioned aren't the brightest bulbs in the world and essentially made up the Knicks rotation, except for Dave Lee (who might have been the only one with half a mind on the team, though he was the one always on the trading block).

I lived near NYC a few years ago. Almost everyone there was so hateful and rude. It was a scary experience. Boston is much easier to breath like fresh air. I think Marbury will do great in Boston.

Harrington was not a part of those Isiah Thomas lead teams. Harrington for Crawford is looking good for New York, golden state didn't need Crawford there still losing. He was a part of Golden State when Isiah Thomas was there. Harrington has been playing well since he got to New York. Yea it should be easier for Marbury in Boston, still he does fit in with those cast of characters you mentioned like Curry,Randolph,Crawford,Q-Rich,etc. The Big 3,Doc and Celtics should help him remain focus, the only thing is he in basketball shape after not playing all season.

He was a cancer from the start of his career.

For two games, the Nets have made Continental Arena even more unpleasant for Marbury than when he was part of struggling Nets teams. Back then, Marbury wrote ''All Alone'' on his sneakers -- the sort of thing teammates remember.

It's a great city to visit but indeed the people there are the **** rudest and most self-centered everywhere...they act like the world revolves around NYC...
