Any chance Joe Smith might end up here as well?...or is Danny done when/if he signs Stephon?

I know we'd have to cut someone like Pruitt or Giddens though...and maybe adding 3 NEW guys at this point of the season would be asking too much of Doc and the coaching staff.

It has to be TA. He will be useless this year except maybe a few games. We are playing well without him. He is a logicial choice.

We have Moore and most likely Marbury. Does another signing scrwe with our rotation to much? Smith would chew greatly into Leon and BBD's minutes...and they have been contributing well of late. I am happy with Moore and Marbs, but would be concerned about a nother signing, as it would srew too much with the minutes. .

If any further move were to be made, I'd rather hope for a legit backup 3. Tony's pretty small for the job, and he's not all that reliable even when healthy, but I suspect we're just gonna roll with the additions of Moore and Marbury, and we should be pretty formidable.

Still, a bigger (and capable) backup to Paul would be a welcome addition.

The more minutes Joe Smith takes away from big baby and Powe, the better. I doubt he gets cut and ends up here though.

Unless, Smith and Moore share the C role and Baby and Powe share the PF role.

Either way, I'm a very happy fan!!!

Agreed. It should be a 3, not Smith. Plus Moore desperately wanted to be a Celtic, and Smith doesn't care one way or the other. Something to be said for that, I think.

I think with Moore here, Smith is not needed...also I would prefer defensive SF, but the problem is there are not a lot available. Only two come to my mind: Ruben Patterson and Bonzi Wells, but both are out of the league. I doubt anyone good sf will be cut.

Nah, I think that the team actually really likes what they have in Davis, Powe, and Scals. Though it's far from ideal to have core skill sets spread out in three players, the skill sets are there. Shooting and perimeter defense with Scals, shooting and interior defense from Davis, scoring and scrappiness from Leon, ya I think the team is in a really good spot. Also ALL of these guys will look better once Marbury is integrated... he takes a TON of pressure off of these three guys.

Scal is going to see minutes at the 3 IMO as a stopgap (at least) until Tony Allen comes back.

I agree with TA, we need help there...he's too small and dumb (BBIQ-wise) although he has the talent...
