He doesn't seem like the type of person who would get into trouble like this. I'm surprised.

I don't care if they found Pruitt with a needle sticking out of his arm; he would still be more productive than that fat, overrated Antoine. Let it go people!
About Pruitt, oh well. It happens. Hopefully he wasn't driving like a moron and was completely wasted. Hopefully he just a few drinks that and was just unlucky. People drink and drive everyday and it doesn't make it right, but it also doesn't condemn the person who did it. Just poor judgment. Hopefully he'll learn.

Didn't Pierce have a similar situation this summer in Vegas? I remember it showing up on that same site.

Why didn't they fly back last night?
And I am not gonna knock the guy for doing something that I have done numerous times...

Maybe I'm saying this because I don't drive, but I am more in favor of needle sticking out of his arm than drinking and driving. I don't think any form of drinking and driving is acceptable. It's not about how drunk you are when driving because even if you're just a little buzzed, you're putting other people's lives in danger. And that absolutely should be condemned.

Pierce was pulled over for making a lane change without using his turn signal. He had had a few drinks, but wasn't over the legal limit.

I am certainly not minimizing what he did. It was stupid; but everyone always wants to kill somebody for poor judgment. He made mistake and hopefully he will learn. My point is it does not make him any less of a person or basketball player.

This isn't good for Gabe. Danny and Doc are forgiving and I'm sure they aren't going to throw the kid under the bus for this, but he couldn't have picked a worse time to make a big mistake.
DUI's can happen to anyone. But as an NBA player, why the hell are you drinking and driving? Take a cab. Get a ride. Do something.
I had a weird feeling someone was going to get in trouble when I heard Mike and Donny say that the team wasn't flying out until the morning. Road trip over, night in LA= bad news. Especially considering Gabe went to school not too far away.

Man if I made that kind of money, I wouldn't drive at night. Hire a limo and get smashed.

I am not even rich, but when my wife and I go out any later than 7pm, we just get a taxi to take us home. We don't live in city and taxis are not common, and it costs us about 30 bucks, but well worth it IMO.

Point well taken.
