Wow, those names sure sound like a bunch of winners. Were Assclowns or the **** Asshats not available?

If I had to choose, I think I would go with the Beacons. I am sure there could be a lot of original phallic jokes associated with that which would make somewhat amusing.

These names all had to be approved by the NBA. These are worse than Thunder. I'm not sure how I'm gonna vote on this one yet. Ugh.

The Portland Piers would be pretty cool.

Seriously, who the hell comes up with these, other D League, WNBA, and OKC's names? Shouldn't they be paying someone who doesn't have the creativity of a five year old to come up with names?

How the hell are you gonna make cool logo outta that? The only cool logo for a "trap" would be graphic and not appropriate. lol Imagine that.

Anyway, you also gotta think about merchandise. I wanna buy some gear but not if it has some stupid ass logo on it with a queer name.

PORTLAND PIERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep is simple and classy. No logos just the name across the front with a good color scheme. Green and white? Why not?

While that may be right, I actually really want to know if they're at least paying someone specifically to come up with these names or if it's just owners or some higher ups that haven't aged mentally since they were a toddler.

I would guarantee they pay someone to come up with these. But the owners are, as you say, so lame they approve them...
