Bulls send film to the League office.....

The Bulls aren’t done. Not even close. They’ve sent film to the league office on the Celtics’ physicality, Miller said, but those never go anywhere. That’s all right. This is good for the Bulls, good for the game. Another night, another epic. Pity poor Brad Miller. He had two free throws, two rims and two seconds left on Tuesday night when little Rajon Rondo had a free shot and pounded him upside that woozy head.

Now they want an advantage for the next game....5 vs 8 is not enough......they just might get it cause you know how it goes.

The NBA...where 5 vs 8 is not enough.

Its kind of funny that these complaints are coming from Miller, who GOONED it up to draw Ray Allen's 6th foul.

I think it was cosmic justice that he was the goat missing the last two free throws.

I'd be shocked if the league suspends Rondo because unlike the Howard foul last night he made a play on the ball and there was no intent to injure. THe only intent was to prevent a layup. If the Bulls want to squak then the Celts should send film of Brad Miller holding Ray Allen or Gordon using his off arm all the time to gain space. He never gets called for the offensive foul on that move just like Rip Hamilton doesn't. I guess it's a UCONN technique. Pierce has been fouled so many times in this series without a call that it's jsut ridiculous. Regardless of what the league decides if Rondo doesn't commit that foul we might not win that game so if he were to get suspended for one game that's a result I could live with but again I don't see it/ The refs reviewed it at the time and if the league overturns their call on the floor then how can the league ( with a straight face) fine coaches for criticizing calls? Kudos to Perk for keeping his composure last night. Ray ALlen needs to keep his cool in the next game

It's ironical that a team called the "Bulls" would be such pussies?

"Gonna send in my tapes to the league office....nana nana poo pooo...along with my crying towells too"...

Good! They need to review the defense on Pierce through the series, Noah`s and Miller`s moving picks, Ray`s fouls on Gordon...

Of *course* the Bulls will send the film to the league...how (un)surprising...

And knowing how Stern and Jackson feel about the C's, I guarantee Rondo is suspended...

Read these laughable quotes:

"His upper lip was swollen and cut, the blood gushing out of the corner of Brad Miller’s mouth and the Chicago Bulls’ trainer reached inside and furiously sewed those stitches. Discombobulated, dizzy, his eyes rolling back, Miller was fighting to keep his mind on the magnitude of the moment."

Seriously? I've been hit that hard and have had no problem keeping consciousness...and Brad is a LOT bigger than me. So little 6'1" Rondo rung 7'0" Miller's bell? What does that say about either of them? That Rondo is a tough bastard and Miller's a weenie...

"Two seconds left in overtime, two free throws, after the Boston Celtics met Miller with mayhem and malice at the rim. Rajon Rondo never bothered to swing for the ball with Miller on the move, just a forearm to the face that crumpled him to the floor. Bulls coach Vinny Del Negro screamed for a flagrant foul, and Miller looked like a lost soul, wandering in a fog between the bench and the free-throw line, between consciousness and confusion.

It was just another one of the many shots to the head that haven’t been called this whole series,” Miller grumbled."

Yes Brad...most of them shots to head by YOU.

Maybe the Bulls should be renamed the Calfs? What a bunch of wankers!

Let's keep it real the Cs don't have a chance tomorrow night becuase the refs are going to give the Bulls all the calls. Plus the league would want this to go to 7 games because Chicago is the 2nd largest tv market in the play-offs the league wants that game 7 on Sunday. Also the only way to keep the score close is to put the Bulls on the line. Outside of Brad Millers two big misses the Bulls are lights out on the line, it the reason why they can shot 30% and be close. On top of that the Celtics miss a ton os ft shots. So I see a close game with Paul, Ray and Rondo all in foul trouble and the Bulls pull off the game 6 win. I think if the Cs win tomorrow night it will be the biggest win since last year game 6 finals win. The Bulls are already have an advantage with all the crying they've been doing

Also Perkins said before the game that the ref hate the Celtics. In last night game Perkins did not have 1 foul called on him. So my point would be this the Bulls are crying now so the refs will be on their side in game 6.

I hope when they review that tape that they review the play near the end when Noah literally set a screen as if he were a LT blocking Perk, with a shoulder in the gut, so Rose could roll off it for a big hoop. Also, the call on Ray laying a finger on Gordon for his 5th, that was a crazy call that NEVER, EVER, gets called.

How about when Gordon (I think, can't remember who) LANDED ON PAUL'S BACK after an up-fake...and no call...

Agree 100%....last night they dumped all of Perk's fouls on Ray! That last one was **** atrocious, even by the already dismally low NBA reffing standards...

It was Heinrich and that was just a horrible non-call. I have to say the refs were pretty bad last night both ways. The C's got away with a lot of stuff too.

The funny thing is I saw Kirk Hinrich bounce his dome of the floor and get a band aid and make his friggin FTs.

I also saw him grab Perk from behind making no play on the ball and drag him to the ground. No flagrant foul was called, Perk lived and you know what this the NBA and that is the playoffs.

Anyone think they would be sending a tape to the league if Brad made his FT's?

Ah yes, Hinrich, thanks for reminding me. Horrid.

And I do have to say, Rose was tripped when he lost it out of bounds...but we've gotten screwed so much we deserve a little payback! :D

A few thoughts from an outside perspective, as I can't stand the Bulls and am certainly no C's fan . . .

1. That Yahoo article is absurd, biased, and exaggerated. Either the writer is a huge Bulls homer or just has a preference for the dramatic and is trying to incite more controversy.

2. In spite of the hit from Rondo, It looked liked Miller got bloodied-up by Pierce, no? I don't think it was Rondo's hit that led to him getting stitches.

3. Brad Miller only choked on the first free throw. The second miss was clearly intentional.

4. In my opinion, that was a flagrant foul. Rondo got there too late and had no chance at making a play on the ball. As a Knicks fan, I always agreed with the "No Layup Rule", and Rondo's foul probably saved the game, so it was a smart play. However, he just wasn't in a position to make that foul cleanly/safely.

5. Do I think it should have been called as a flagrant? That's a sticky situation. You never like to see a game possibly decided on a play like that. Plus, even if a flagrant was called, the onus is still on Miller to make the free throws. Then again, if a flagrant was called and he made one of two, the Bulls would get the ball back, down by one and the onus would still be on the C's to stop the Bulls from scoring with 2 seconds left. It's a tough call to make, and I personally hate seeing games potentially decided by a call, though the NBA has certainly done it before (see: 2006 NBA Finals).

6. Again, from an outside perspective, it's a little interesting to see people call the Bulls whiners, and in the next sentence be whining about poor officiating against the Celtics. Sure, there are bad calls all the time, and sometimes a game is more lopsided than others, but I tend to believe that things even out overall. Perkins didn't have a single foul called on him last night, but there were some questionable calls on Ray. It goes both ways. Maybe this is a proper argument for why a flagrant should not have been called? It just seems odd to see C's fans complain about bad calls, when the flagrant foul call went in their favor. Oh well.

Anyway, sorry this is so long, and good luck in game 5. I have to admit, I'm a little torn on who to root for . . .

In the back of my mind, I was kind of hoping the game would end controversially. Remember our thread on us talking about the refs. Outsiders came in and started yapping how we were all bitches, and that we should not complain about the refs. Now those same outsiders are the ones who are crying. Ha, how does it feel?

That's the point. Even if the Bulls want to make an argument that Rondo should have been whistled for a flagrant -- like they play in a league where the same foul calls are made in the first minute of the game that are called in the last minute -- they benefited from an overwhelming amount of calls themselves.

You could get tacky and send the league a tape of Joakim Noah on every defensive possession. There's hardly a possession that goes by without Joakim Noah setting a moving screen. Because he's rail thin that means he gets to entangle players? Watch Kendrick Perkins play like that and he's fouled out in less than 5 minutes.

The biggest blown calls of the game kept Ray Allen out of the final five minutes -- the final five minutes of a game that would have been won in regulation with him playing.

Chicago can whine all they want -- they don't have a case. 99 out of 100 NBA officials would not call Rondo's foul flagrant, especially in the closing seconds of a game (let alone a playoff game). Nor should they. If they do? Then they better start calling charges on Dwayne Wade and LeBron James when they attack the rim in the closing seconds. How often is that called?

The bottom line is, the NBA has different rules officiating for the final seconds than they do for the rest of the game. Maybe that's a problem, but there are much worse cases than this -- and the NBA will have to do a league-wide shift in policy. The current policy is as it should be -- in the final seconds only the most egregious fouls are called, the players must make plays.

Miller did get a foul call. He didn't convert. The Bulls had a chance, but they wanted the game handed to them. Boo hoo. Maybe they're not ready for playoff basketball after all?

Brad Miller baiting the refs to get Ray tossed, that call ALONE, absolves them of anything....**** horrid, putrid, disgusting call....
