KG, to nobody's surprise, was picked for the first team. Rondo was picked for the second. Congratulations to both of them!
Perk was not picked; the second-team frontcourt was a position-shifted Battier-Artest-Duncan.
Others on the teams were the league's consensus elite young players -- LBJ, Kobe (OK, he's not so young), DWade, CP3, Howard
