"Pierce needs to be aggressive" - I'm so F*cking over this!

I am so f*cking over repeating myself, over and over and f*cking over ... I get beyond irritated when I read how Pierce needs to be more aggressive and that's why we win/play better when he is aggressive.

How many f*cking times have I said this?!!! FFS! We need him to be aggressive!

Every time we win or we start coming back or whatever ... it's because Pierce starts to be aggressive and taking his own shot. FFS!!!!!! We have a lethal scorer but we decide to use him "within the system". Sh*t, do you see LA use Kobe "within the system" ... they allow him to be aggressive because he can and because it works.

Doc seems convinced that we'll play Pierce "within the system" and when it's there, then take the opportunity. F*ck that sh*t! Talk about under-utilising a player!

I can list countless games where we were losing and then we decide to go to Pierce and he brings us back and we win. Look at yesterday's game, we gave him the ball and he went to the FT line and brought us back. Look at the game against Raptors earlier in the year ... I mean last year's playoffs, it took until Game 7 against the Cavs to start using Pierce as a scorer that he is. I have at least 10 games more where the same sh*t happens.

My point:

Stop fu*king using him "within the system" and start fu*king using him as a scorer that he is. Because every time [it seems] that we do, something good happens.

I'm sooo f*cking over this ... and I hope it's not too late until C's staff realise this. If he's not knocking down jumpers, then let him create by driving.

I have no probelms with feeding the hot hand, be it Ray or Baby, Rondo whoever, but FFS!!!!!! can we please start going to Pierce, and let him set the tone - what happened in game 3 vs Bulls? We went to Pierce early and he set the tone and we blew them out.

I can't help but swear so ban me if you guys want, but FFS there is a precedent of success with this approach.
