Wyc and the other Owners

We have all discussed the basketball side of trade rumors here, but what about the owners side of buisness here. I think the thinking of the buisness side of things would be to be competitive now and for the future. They have to ask themselves where they will be in a few years when KG and Pierce fade out and without any real infusion of youth besides Rondo, what happens to the financial side of the Celtics if they have to go in total rebuild mode?
Is there enough money to hold this team if we play for another two championship years, and then have to rebuild? Does management want to try and trade Ray for some youthful talent and still be competitive, but still have some talent down the road? We have discussed what Ainge might want to do, but not what management might be thinking. What options do you think management might be thinking about?
