So Glad Draft is Over!

I am so happy the draft is over. Now we get to really improve our roster in free agency. Danny needs to land Sheed or Marion or bust. We better not get fricken Mcdyess/Zaza and Grant Hill! That would make me puke. We need to make a big move! Look at what SA and Clev have done! Also, trade Scal, TA and our other crap like Pruitt, Giddens for a solid big guy or wing(SJax, Maggette, Posey, GWallace, etc.). Teams are desperate to move contracts. I cant wait til July 1. LET THE OFFSEASON BEGIN!!!!!!

I for one am happy that Rondo and Ray are still on the roster. We have the core of a Championship team. Just need to round it out a little bit.

We didn't sign Birdman or Mutombo when THEY wanted to be here----Danny and Wyc will cheap out again this year.......wish it wasn't true.

I don't know about Mutombo wanting to be here. He wasnt going anywhere but Houston.

Trade Scal, TA, Giddens, Pruitt plus 3 Mil for Camby
Sign Marion 1 yr MLE
Sign Shannon Brown LLE
Re-sign Marbury and Baby

Perk/Camby
KG/Baby/Powe
Pierce/Marion/Walker
Ray/S. Brown
Rondo/Marbury/House

They didn't cheap out on birdman. He signed for the min with Denver. Doc and Danny ate dinner with him and it couldn't have gone great for them. Maybe they didn't see him being a personality fit.

Also, a Rondo/Ray trade didn't exclusively have to happen on draft night. We are contending so it's not like a first round draft pick would've helped out much. We also had the 58 pick, which has no value whatsoever.

A rondo/ray trade would be much more likely to happen in the middle of july, as opposed to tonight, imo.

Still wouldn't be surprised to see Rondo/Scal for Conley/Gay.
