1. Trade Scal & Tony Allen & cash & possibly a future #2 pick to Milwaukee for Luke Ridnour
2. Sign Sheed for the MLE
3. Sign Grant Hill for the LLE
4. Re-sign Big Baby & Powe (Put a weight clause in Baby’s deal: huge bonuses if he gets and stays under 275; Cs can get out of deal if he goes over 300)

4—KG……...Big Baby
3—Pierce…..Hill
2—Ray Allen
1—Rondo…..Ridnour

Two through four are fine.
I have no interest whatsoever in dealing what few expiring contracts we have for a player with the significant limitations of Ridnour, despite the obvious advantages of getting the six-year unrealized potential of Tony Allen off this roster.
We can and should do better for two expirings, a pick and cash.

Please make it happen DA!! That would be a dream off-season and would re-make our 07-08 championship team

Ridnour doesn't play defense.

True but they will know how to play Team ball.
Any atheletic bigs out there to Target?
I wish Danny signed Chris Anderson last summer when he was in town.

Agreed with all of this except hopefully we can use #1 plan on a better backup PG than Luke.

Can you use the MLE and the LLE in the same season? This may be a stupid question. I always thought that you could use the MLE or (2) LLEs. I.E. if we sign Sheed for the MLE, wouldn't we have to offer G. Hill the Vet. Min.?

You can offer both. But LLE or bi-annual exception as it is called can only be offered every two years. And since we didn`t use it last season we can this year...

I'm not a huge fan of getting him, though he wouldn't be bad. I have to say this, though, he actually gave Rondo a hard time when we played them, defensively. I was surprised. He's a much better defender than people give him credit for.
