still don't understand this one. is 5-10mpg worth not having a chance to win?

be realistic, they traded shaq, and 95% chance amare is gone for peanuts before the trade deadline. and u want to stay there so u can start instaed of being main rotation player on a championship team?

i guess it truely is official, grant hill is a loser.

Thankfully he didn't sign with Boston. Don't need losers.

It's too bad for us. He would have been great off the bench for us here.

Have fun playing 35 minutes on a losing team Grant!

Well it's pretty obvious hill,

Loves Nash.
Hates Winning.
Hates Wife's career.

:eek1:

IDK, I know he loves nash and the owner. But I thought it was really either New York or Boston. New York for the family's sake. Boston for winnings sake. Oh well, let's get davis back. Then hopefully giddens or walker can step up.

That's too bad. But you can't blame him too much. I actually think the fact that he's enver come close to winning a title worked against us. Those who have come closer feel the pain more, or like Sheed they know the joy of winning it all.

I can understand why he'd stay with PHX more than I can understand him joining the Knicks. I think that both Nash and Amare will be extended and that Hill will have a consistent role as the 3. I think they might make the playoffs. Having said that, he still should have joined the Celtics as they definitely presented his best chance to win. Oh well. I think the Celtics should check out Matt Barnes.

I finally come up with a great trade idea and this happens moments later. F him, I didn't really want him anyways.

priceless... that wasn't a good trade idea, and we didn't need to trade. If hill wanted boston he'd just have signed here for nothing.

That's true, I can still keep hope alive about that. Over the Hill isn't worth crying about we could get someone younger.

The guy I actually wanted was Barbosa. I haven't ever liked Grant Hill and I like him less now.

I don't consider him a "loser" for not signing with us, and I do indeed wish he did come to Boston, that would have been a solidifiying factor to our bench, no doubt about it. I think it was a bad move on his part to stay in Pheonix if he's looking for his best shot at a ring, but I guess playing time, a bit more cash, and simply making the playoffs was enough to keep him in Phoenix. Boston and Hill lose, really.

loser- somebody who doesn't have the skills to get by and fails.
loser-somebody who has the skills, but chooses to fail

hill would be the later. Everyone in the world and grant hill know the suns will stuggle to even make the playoffs let alone win in them, yet he chooses to stay when money is no factor. He chooses to lose. IE, loser.
