Solid signing for them- nothing earth shattering though: we can still beat them.
He fits in well with the Cavs though and is basically the type of player any contender wants- decent defensively, can hit the three ball, smart player.

I'm curious to see the $ that he signed for. If it is comparable to the LLE, then I will blame Grant Hill entirely for this.

Solid rotation:
Mo Williams / Gibsen
Lebron / Delonte
Anthony Parker / Wally
Varaejo
Shaq / Big Z

West/Parker
Lebron/Green
Varejao/Hickson
Shaq/Z

I dont like Delonte West in the starting lineup for that team. Hes too undersized. I think Parker would be a better fit to play alongside James, and have West come off the bench. I think Cleveland will realize that ... hopefully haha.

This also gives them the ability to play Parker @ PG where a matchup calls for it.
The rumor had been 2 years 6 mil.

It will be easier for the Cavs to matchup with Boston and Orlando with Parker and Lebron as the 2 and 3, in my opinion.

The only problem is that you are dealing with a depressed Delonte if you don't start him!!
I think Danny Green will be a decent rotation player for them. He is pretty good. I was pretty ticked when I saw that Cleveland picked him up.

Yea, he possibly will be, but probably not this year tho. Like Boston, I dont see the Cavs putting a rookie into the equation as they have possibily one last chance to make a title run

How did he play last year? I recall rumblings of being over the hill.

I didn't know Candace Parker was his sister.
Parker comes from a family with a rich basketball history. His father, Larry, was the first freshman to start a basketball game at the University of Iowa. His sister, Candace, is a WNBA star with the Los Angeles Sparks after being selected with the first overall pick in the league's 2008 draft out of Tennessee.
