I wonder who we try to showcase?

We have some young guys, and likely we will have enough blow outs that we can play some of them and get their names out there. In the beginning of the year I wonder if we pick someone to play more than the others in an effort to increase their value and see if we can't movethem at the deadline or over next summer. What do we think? Does anyone we have fit the bill?

Unless there is a significant injury, I just don't see anyone for us to showcase. Playing scrubs in blowouts and judging their performances is meaningless, imo.

yeah, that's the problem. nobody gives a crap about stat-stuffing in blowouts. GMs are too smart to be fooled by that. to showcase someone you have to give them meaningful minutes. and i don't think we have those to spare when we're going to have a dogfight for HCA.

2 possible S&T's in the works (Daniels in, Davis out), so personally I think the bottom 5 are going to change quite a bit the next 2 weeks.

If he remains, Pruitt is the only one I'd see getting meaningful minutes. He can't be sent to the Dev League, Walker and Giddens aren't able to cover PG so as long as Daniels is healthy there are no minutes for them, if they sign Hudson I think he'll see a lot of the DLeague. Assuming they're all still here, I see 2 of Walker, Giddens, Hudson at DLeague at all times, on a rotating basis.
