If Marbury comes back I am 5 for 5

Post#1 » by Hemingway » Thu Jul 23, 2009 3:24 pm

I'm kind of on a roll here.

First I predicted KG coming to Boston well before it happened.

Than I said Sam Cassel would joint the team and he did

I said Marbury would join us

And half way through last season I was saying Sheed will come here.

So if I a right, and recent articles are making it look that way more and more, and Marbury comes back I will be 5 for 5.

Looks like it's time for the Canman to unlock the Welcome back Starbury thread.

Their website is online again and they seem legit.

How about you predict Rondo becomes a great shooter, the Big 3 finds a time machine and are now five years younger, Perkins develops Olajuwon's post moves, Eddie House learns to dribble a basketball, reincarnate JR Giddens and Bill Walker into the second coming of VC and Richard Jefferson, make Big Baby HATE greasy food, and make Leon Powe grow half a foot and have two healthy ACL's. Also, in 2010, LeBron signs with Boston for the minimum.

If you do that, then I'll finally be happy with this team

I predicted that the Big Three wouldn't be walking through that door, long before Rick Pitino did.

I predicted that Tony Allen would have frequent mental lapses on the floor during the '08-'09 campaign, way before the season even started.

If Marbury comes back I will be 3 for 3.

If he can get a training camp under his belt I don't see this being such a bad move.

Now all you have to predict is that I win the lottery and Lebron becomes a Celtic and we're all set.

Me too. There is no room for Marbury here anymore. If Marbury comes comes, that cuts into Eddie's minutes. I rather have Eddie and Daniels in the backcourt and Eddie and Marbury.

Marbury said he would love to play in Europe. Here is his chance. We are set at the PG postion. Rondo, House, Daniels, Pruitt and or Hudson.

I'm sure you haven't ONLY predicted 5 things, so why you may have predicted these 5 things right, I seriously doubt you're 5 for 5.

I predicted Marquis Daniels would come here though. yay for me!!!!!!!!

They really should try to get Marbury to come back. HE kept his attitude in check last season. It is haRD to find a better back-up PG than him

really? what part of 3.8 ppg and 34% shooting is hard to replace?

or maybe that was while he was still "getting into shape". right, so the playoffs would be a better indicator, since he had been with the team for several months.
playoffs: 3.7 ppg and 30% shooting.
ugh.

give that man a contract!!!

He is apparently doing some sort of live streaming video interview right now and acting like he is completely insane.
