Hilarious:

Here is Davis’ string of recent tweets:

“Why is this (thing) taking so long!!! I really don’t understand!!!!”

“Anybody know what’s going on with the Celtics? Cause I don’t!”

“Well I’m not worried about Shelden!!! Great guy and great player!!! But we are different players you know!!!!!”

“I wonder how the weather (is in) Boston cause I haven’t been there in so long!!!!”

“I like some of you guys’ ideas!!!! (I’m) going to tell Danny (Ainge) about some of you guys’ ideas!!!! I don’t know why then they sign (Williams) before me!!”

“Well I don’t know where I’m going to be!!! Where (you) guys think I’m going to be!!! Who needs a pf?”

One thing's for certain, he loves him some exclamation marks. Reminds me of an old Seinfeld episode where Elaine broke up with a guy just for overusing exclamations. Don't worry baby, it'll all work out. You'll make less than what you thought but hey, it's 2009, not 2006. On the plus side houses are much cheaper.

Your value is only as good as the market is willing to pay for you. He's learning the hard way. Why complain about the C's. Let me guess...he's sick of the other teams that keep knocking on your door to sign him to better contracts.

I think athletes hurt themselves more than help by using twitter as a forum to vent. Davis should just shut up and let his agent do his job. Simple as that. He sounds like a big baby right now.

Go complain to the head of the player's union, NOT twitter.

This thread title made me chuckle. I want Baby back as well but he's going about the wrong way of trying to get a nice contract for himself. Does he think NOW after what he's put on Twitter teams are going to feel bad and offer him a nice MLE contract or something? He just lowered his value if anything. He now seems desperate, not a good bargaining position he put himself in. Oh well, good news for the C's!

Personally I think Twitter was designed for 12 year old girls, or those showing the maturity and machismo of 12 year old girls. So far, Davis is proving me right.

He's just doing his best Billy Mays tribute amidst his frustration with the team.

Twitter's basically a combination of a blog and a facebook/AOL status. Anyone can sign up, post little blurbs (usually a sentence or two) about whatever the hell they want, follow, be followed, and discuss between Twitters.

I assume they have time just like anyone who has a job would have some down time. Athletes don't spend 100% of their time working out or socializing. And even if they do, they can post from their phones. I highly down many, if any, have someone else do it, since it's so easy for them to manage.

Twitter is that rarest of rarities -- a technological innovation that older folks "get" more than younger ones do.

People young enough to use text messaging a lot see it as text messaging to a broadcast audience. That has problems.

But people who never send texts and rarely if ever send IMs often find Twitter useful, interesting, and/or fun.

Twitter proves that we've moved beyond the Information Age into the Too Much Information Age.

LOL @ BBD. athletes in general need to realize that twitter is public, it's not appropriate to vent like you would to a room full of your peeps.

Does anyone actually know if that's Davis' Twitter account?

It wouldn't be the first time that someone pretended to be an athlete.

Hard to believe that Twitter feed is authentic. If it's genuine and he's that confused, he should fire his agent for not explaining things to him.

Frankly, this whole problem is Big Baby and his agent's own fault. If I recall, they're the ones that pushed for him to have the two year contract so he could get to free agency early, hoping his value would beat the RFA system. It didn't and now he's upset about it.

thats the account they got the stuff from. its not a verified account so unless Baby admits that its him I'd be wary. Most of the famous peoples are verified...

actually he just tweeted that hes not real lol
