How many minutes -- and who plays them?

I thought the following before Davis broke his hand.:
30 Minutes:
__________
Rondo
R. Allen
Pierce
K.G.
Perkins
15 Minutes:
__________
Hudson
House
Daniels
Baby
Wallace
7.5 Minutes:
__________
Scal
Giddens
But now, we've got to scramble a bit to cover up the hole at Backup PF. I do not want to see K.G. covering those minutes, and thereby weaking himself for the post-season.
And personally, I thiink that Scal, Williams, T. Allen, Giddens & Walker all need to take a walk.
But, I'm thinking something like the following.:
30 Minutes:
__________
Rondo
R. Allen
Pierce
K.G.
Perkins
15 Minutes:
__________
Hudson
House
Daniels
(Wallace/Williams/Scal = extra 5 mins each)
Wallace
7.5 Minutes:
__________
Williams/Scal split
Giddens
Which equals about:
__________
20 mins: Wallace
<9 mins: Williams
<9 mins: Scalabrine
What breakdown do you think would be best?

No way does Hudson get major minutes off the bat.
Per position, I'm guessing...
Rondo 36/House 12
Allen 32/Daniels 12/House 4
Pierce 32/Daniels 16
Garnett 28/Wallace 8/Davis 12
Perk 32/Wallace 16
Wallace and Daniels should get close to starter minutes off the bench. Allen and Pierce will get reduced minutes due to age, Perk will get reduced due to limitations, Garnett will get reduced to warm him back up and keep him fresh, Rondo should get typical starter minutes based off of point guard need. Daniels should take over point duties with Rondo out, Davis and House mop up the rest.
The rest will get spotty minutes based off of game to game situations.

Apparently you are unaware that Glen Davis broke his hand, as is indicated in the beginning of this thread. In any event, Hudson does get big minutes based upon his play.

Broken hands heal. Those are what I expect the typical minutes to be throughout the year. I'm not going to go about predicting the number of minutes each player gets for each game, depending on who's injured or matchups.

Why wouldn't Hudson get some minutes off the bat? When are we gonna play him? Down the stretch?

Perkins has never seen 30+ minutes a night, and with the addition of Rasheed Wallace, I just don't see it happening.

Hudson won`t get any minutes this year, IMO. Unless it is a blowout...And Shelden and Scal will get Davis` minutes until he is back...

None of Pruitt, Davis, Giddens, or Walker got minutes right off the bat. Why would the latest pick between all of those change anything? He barely got minutes in the preseason. Stop overrating a 58th overall pick.

He almost broke 30 last year (29.6, you can't get much closer) and he's supposedly in great shape, so that should keep him out of foul trouble and keep him going longer. Sheed's 35 and, like KG, will probably pair up best next to Perk.

Yup, pretty much right. My minutes that I posted earlier pretty much stay the same, but with Williams and Scal getting most of Baby's minutes until he returns.

Right off the bat:
Lester Hudson - 0:00 minutes.
You were kidding yourself and grossly overrating our new binky if you thought he was going to get anything besides garbage minutes off the bat.
