Trade Idea w/ GS and DAL

Let me preface this by saying I hope Rondo reaches a deal with the C's, but...
If Ainge is unable to sign Rondo to an extension I think he'll trade him by the deadline. Several teams will be able to offer max contracts in the summer and if he and Ainge can't come to an agreement now, I doubt they'll see eye to eye then. It would be tough to trade Rondo alone; Allen, I think, is the obvious choice to be moved with Rondo if he loses favor with the team after not re-signing. If Rondo doesn't resign there could be some interesting trade possibilities. Here's one idea...
BOS gets Josh Howard, Anthony Morrow and Monta Ellis (if you're not big on Ellis then Stephen Curry and Speedy Claxton could be substituted here, this would also save a lot of money since Curry will be on his rookie deal for 3-4 years and Speedy will become a free agent and released upon arrival).
GS gets Rondo, Giddens and Matt Carroll
DAL gets Ray Allen

Assuming Rondo does not re-sign, is this a fair trade? While it may not make Boston better this year, it gives them even more depth and some added youth. The money it would cost to re-sign Allen and Rondo would be absorbed from Ellis' contract and the re-signing of Howard and Morrow. Including Curry in the trade rather than Ellis saves a lot of money but Curry's inexperience could kill the Celtics title run this year. I'm not sure if it's worth it because the team is playing so well but, this trade or something like could be a very good long-term move. Ainge is an offensive-minded GM so as much as he's thinking about what to counter-offer Rondo, he's probably thinking about his value on the trade front.
So, BOS does this trade or something like it only if they decide not to give Rondo the money he wants. Otherwise, Ainge has no reason to mess with a good thing. The most obvious concern with this trade is the team's point guard play but it's really not as bad as it may appear. Ellis is better than advertised and Daniels and House are underrated at the position. We could also use Hudson more or insert Lue into the lineup. A starting backcourt of Ellis and Daniels is interesting to me because neither player would be labeled the "point guard". The ball would go to the guy farthest up the court and he sets up the offense. Under this scenario, our 2nd string would also be much improved with Sheed, Shelden/Baby, Howard, Morrow, House/Lue. That lineup would be competitive with the starting fives of several teams. Most importantly, we add 3 young pieces while giving up just 1.
GS does it because they get the best player in the trade. Rondo would give this team exactly what it's lacking - everything.
DAL does it because Allen is better than Howard. They trade a younger player for an older one but Allen could be really helpful in the Mavs playoff run. And they get rid of Carroll's awful contract.
