Has anyone here ordered from Eastbay.com?

How has the service been?

Haven't ordered from them in years, but I remember it as being good when I did...

I just ordered something from them 2 months ago and all went well.

I ordered from them 3 weeks ago. I did it online. But be warned if your order so much as a sweatband they are going to fill your mailbox with eastbay mags every 2 weeks.

Everything was good though. Order online and google "eastbay discount codes" you can save 15-25% most of the time by entering a code when you check out.

I've ordered from them a few times. Not too bad I suppose. If you live outside the United States and have to pay duty charges, be prepared to get charged tariffs on the full price, regardless of how much you paid for the item. One time, I bought a pair of shoes for $17 (Nike Jet Flights) on clearance, with the regular price being $85. When the package arrived, Eastbay had listed the product value as $85, which ended up in me being charged duty fees for the full price.

I've ordered from them and I have no complaints.

I've been ordering from Eastbay since I was a kid and have never had an issues. They have a great return policy as well.
