The Reason why we are Stuggling over the last 7 games.

It's no secret we are struggling. And we have been struggling for over the last 7 games. Sometimes we make things harder than they actually are. It's simple. Ray Allen, Rasheed Wallace, and Eddie House are in a shooting slump all at the same time.

Over the last 7 games, here is what they are shooting from 3's.

1. Ray Allen- 6 for 27 = 22.2%
2. Rasheed Wallace- 7 for 37= 18.9%
3. Eddie House- 8 for 25= 32.0%

These are 3 of our 4 top shooter from's 3's(Pierce being the other of the 4). Allen, Wallace, and House have combined for 21 for 89 from 3's over the last 7 games. That is only 23.6%. We all know they are all better than that. Once these 3 players get back on track, we will be playing a lot better, like we did in our first 6 games.

While this isn't the only reason we haven't been playing great ball over the past two weeks, I believe it's one the main reason. It's a long season and we will be better once Glen Davis is back, KG is in better conditon, and Ray, Sheed, and Eddie are back to their old selves.

We are definitely dying by the 3 after living by it the first few games.

But is it because teams are concentrating on denying it?

We need to counterpunch and exploit that now; that's why I'm only moderately alarmed - it will take some time to adjust, I guess. But it's been a while now.

i dont want to see finals ball in november, i can live with 10-4 when 75% of the games we have played we have looked horrible

I'm not trying to be mean at all but argh......
Every team has issues rite now were winning and getting our legs rite now and nobody is blowing us away in the standing for "H.C.A" I feel ya it's not pretty but more positively thinking "ubuntu" the better brother.
I can't argue the stats as such but at this point our record is more important and we are slowly getting a routine down.

baby will give this team a nice offencive lift when he is back. he is nice in and around the post for a player of his size, it is a long season, if things dont work out there is pleanty of time to change things up

I also think we're cruising. This is a marathon. We're pacing ourselves.

Just remember the Cleveland season opener in Cleveland. We're both 11 and 4 now. But come playoff time, we are way better and can win on their court if we have to.
