I am just guessing, but I have a feeling this guy will never be in the NBA, or at least for the Celtics.

I disagree I believe he'll play in 2011 or 2012 in green.

I remember seeing the same thing, but I will be surprised as well if he ever puts on a C's jersey.

I have seen him 5 or 6 times this year and he just isn`t anything special. An average player in Europe, he isn`t NBA material...

Oh yeah? Well here's a quote from elrod's original link, which should resolve any argument on whether or not Semih is NBA Material:
Marko Kolaric ve İlkan Karaman’ın basketleriyle ikinci çeyreğin ilk dakikalarında basketler bulan Bursa temsilcisi, 12.dakika geride kalırken farkı 4 sayıya çıkarttı (26-22). Gordan Giricek’in serbest atışlarıyla ikinci çeyrekteki ilk sayılarını bulan Fenerbahçemiz, İlkan Karaman’ın da isabetsiz üç sayı denemesinin ardından Semih Erden ile skoru eşitledi (26-26). Karşılıklı top kayıplarının arından boyalı alanda Semih’i iyi kullanan takımımız, Oğuz Savaş ve Semih Erden’in de basketleriyle durumu 34-36 yaptı. Anyone who dominates, let alone scores on Oguz Savas, is NBA material. 34-36 yapti. Impressive.

Admittedly, my Turkish is rusty. But the 34-36 yapti is still impressive.

I've watched him over hundred times for years
All I can say him about he is an idiot. He's all gifts to be a player but seems like he never will be
I don know if KG can change him . one positive thing i can say is he's way better athletic than our bigs and he's long. celtics should bring him asap,before kg retires , if not it'd be too late for Erden

Erden is faster and has a little bit more athletism than KP.other than that I cant compare their skills,it'd be insulting KP
and yes he's faster but usually has been last to join offense ,and paddling on the court so his speed is garbage
