KG
KG
KG was I unclear about my vote?
KEVIN M GARNETTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
Props to Rondo for some very nice playmaking and layups down the stretch.
Props to Ray for dealing with his son's illness (which thank goodness turned out OK), his D on Prince Wade, and 1 clutch 3.

The starters all played well, but Garnett should win easily.

2-man race (KG, Rondo), but KG wins comfortably.

If Ray hit that second three I might have considered giving it to him, but it's gotta be KG with this one.

Obviously KG but c'mon now, let's not disrespect Perk -- he should definitely be up there as an option. Double double and 3 huge blocks on O'Neal. He had a great game.

IMO, there shouldn't even be more than 1 option up there. KG wins it by 2 billion miles.

HE'SSSSSS BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!

I got so excited that I made a mistake and left off Percules - who had an excellent game with his D, blocks, aggressiveness, points, and rebounds - in spite of bricking 4 FTs in the second half. My apologies to Perk and any one who wanted to vote for him. As my daughters and many of you youngins would say - MY BAD! LOL.
Is the real KG returning as we speak? Goddamit, I hope so.
We were great on O and horrible on D during the first half - except for a Ubuntu stretch during the last 4 minutes. During the second half, for 1 1/2 quarters, we were atrocious. Fortunately, we came to life during the last 6 minutes - especially KG and RR.

Respect to almost all starters, only Pierce was somewhat off, but its KG easily for me - insanely high FG% and overall contribution makes it on brainer.

KG gets it, but Perk definitely deserves to be an option in the poll, very good game by him today.

Got to go with KG, but really liked the way Rondo and Perk played as well.

I went Rondo. KG was fantastic, but Rondo single-handedly got us back in the game in the 4th. He hit Scal for the 3, knocked down 2 lay-ups, had two fantastic passes to Perk for nice finishes and had 3 or 4 big deflections on D. KG was there to finish the game off, but I have to go with the guy that put him in the position to.
Honorary mention to Perk as well. He showed Doc he can be trusted to close out a game when Sheed is a step slow.
Gripes for Marquis Daniels. He missed two bunnies and a pair of free throws. And gripes for all the C's defenders (Sheed and Scal) who forgot that Beasley can only drive left.

How can I add Perk to the poll? Again, in my excitement about KG, I made a booboo.

I voted for KG because he played great. But why wasn't Perkins an option for the victory cigar? Perkins was our 2nd best player today with 14 points, 13 rebounds and 3 blocks.

KG is the obvious choice but rondo was aggressive pretty much all night and on many night might get my vote.

KG, of course.... but to answer the question, no, not really.
We'll never see pre-knee surgery KG again, IMO.

KG. Listening on the radio for a brief time, Grande and Max were loving him, saying nothing but good things. Clearly the star of this game.

Please read what I wrote earlier in the thread. In my excitement about KG, I left him out. My apologies.
