I think Rondo deserves to be on the team more because he's the player that keeps us running fluidly. He scores, assists, rebounds, steals. He might be our best player overall thus far this season.

Rondo, and I'll go one step better, he probably is more deserving of any Celtic this year, when you take in consideration the lack of great point guards in the Eastern Conference.

That is not even debatable in my mind. Rondo will be there and Ray won`t. As it should be...

As its looking like A.I will be missing the A.S game due to injury, I REALLY hope Rondo makes it in as a guard. As I stated on the magic board, his heart, hustle and leadership is topnotch.

I agree 100%.

Ray Allen has not played like an allstar this year, Rondo has. I would expect Rondo to make the allstar team, but using the Deron Williams snub exception, guys don't always get in the first or second year they deserve to.

ray's basically an average NBA shooting guard now. Also pretty one-dimesional.

Rondo is playing all-star b-ball every night.

Iverson really say that? It would be a travisty if he is in the all star game this year IMO. Same goes for Shaq.

Rondo is our 2nd best player behind Pierce.

Rondo over Ray and also over KG. But Pierce is still our best player...

Taken as a year, I don't see the Big Three playing at a level to be all stars.
Pierce, healthy, ought to be one though.

Definitely Rondo this year. He should get in. I don't think Ray deserves to be an allstar this year.

Right now I say Rondo, by the end of the month Ray as always will look a lot more like and all star than he does at the moment.

Looking at the candidates I wouldn't be surpised if both go with injuries and crappy play the East is very thin.

Rondo is the Celtics best player period. He deserves to be there.
