Ot- Thunder is thinking about trading for Bosh

They could possibly ship out Jeff Green and a package to get him. It would help their chances of making the playoffs. Its obvious power forward is their biggest weakness. Bosh and Durant would be pretty scary.

You need to start putting in links to these ideas you are posting or they will be locked.

I can't get access to some of the full articles because Espn owns it. It will probably be on hoopshype around noon.

Don't have a source but I've heard this before, too - Green, Harden, and expirings for Bosh -

Durant/Sephalosha/Westbrook/Bosh
I like that. They just need a center like Haywood and they'd be all set.

OKC has been managed extremely well- but who knows if Bosh would stay in Oklahoma?

The link on the twitter page goes to a story with the title "Could Chris Bosh be traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder?", since I don't have Insider and can't read further, by that I'm going to assume that's all purely speculation.

You wouldn't want to give up Green and Harden unless you knew Bosh would resign.

It'll be tough for OKC to structure a deal for Bosh that actually makes them better. Green and Harden is too much IMO. I would only offer Green OR Harden, Collison and Krstic. However this trade leaves them real thin up front. Looking at what it would take to get Bosh, I'm not so sure OKC would have the team to compliment Bosh and Durant, therefore, making it less likely that Bosh re-sign in the summer. OKC better have a *wink*wink deal in place before pulling this trade, otherwise they risk being screwed over royally. On the plus side a trio of Bosh, Durant and Westbrook would be ridiculous.

Plus they could just sign him outright this summer, if he were willing to go there, right?

That would be a bargain for OKC...stud big men don't come along so easily.
Green IMO isn't that much better than Amir Johnson/Bargnani all things considered and Harden plays the same position as DeRozan.
Jeff Green plays the same position as Durant and Harden the same position as Westbrook (unless you consider him their PG of the future).
Sure they wouldn't be guaranteed to keep him, but they'll have caproom even if the cap is low, and a bright future. They would probably keep him IMO.
I don't buy the rumor
