Anyone think this trading deadline will be interesting?

Every year or two you read about how this could be one of the craziest trading deadlines ever and then it never eventuates. This year seems to be particuarly the case due to so many teams financial position and the fact that free agency this off season has a handful of really big names.
Does anyone see this February actually being interesting? What about us, will Danny swing any moves?
Personally I dont see us doing anything major as nobody would really want what we have except for Rondo and maybe Perkins and Ray. We have some expirings which could potentially get us a decent bench player.
As for other teams, there is a large percentage of the league going nowhere, all of the contenders with holes/flaws they would like to fix, and then bad situations like Arenas and the Wizards and the Warriors.
Personally I doubt anything major will happen though one big trade could start a bit of a domino effect.
Thoughts?

Big trades will be made IMO. Just not with Boston, LA, Atlanta, Cleveland and these contending teams...I think Orlando has a big chance of pulling a crazy trade off though..they have ALOT of pieces to trade, that are somewhat valueable, even though they aren't playing well. (Anderson, Redick, Bass, Gortat, Nelson, Carter are all 'tradeable' at the moment for them). Should be VERY interesting..yes.

The one thing that is different this year compared to others is that if you are making a big trade you aren't going to be taking on 70 mil dollars for the next 4 years, you can make the deal similar to baseball and walk away if it doesn't feel right.
HOU will want to deal that TMac contract. I would have figured that TOR would want to move Bosh but I don't think they can if they are over .500 with and a playoff spot. PHX is in the same situation with Amare.
The only easy deal I think that will get made is Jamison to CLE everything else is going to be based on where teams are in the standings.
Two teams I think need to make a trade are ORL and ATL. Every time I watch these two teams not playing the Celtics they look flawed, of course then they beat our brains in.

I really doubt it. I think teams are really worried right now about taking on too much salary because of the future cap uncertainty. I think we'll definitely see some trades, but they won't be anything close to blockbuster.

I think you're right. There are some teams that could/should make deals, but only big trade I forsee is Trash-Mac's expiring contract.

Yep, Seems like there's going to be at least 1 salary dump trade. I have heard Caron Butler for Devin Harris, but the Nets would only do that if David Stern told them they were getting John Wall.

I don't think that deal makes sense for the Nets. Unless, as you said, they are guaranteed to get a big time PG in the draft or something.
