How about this for a crazy idea?

Doc actually does his job and tries to change some things that aren't working at the moment!

Danny needs to continues to look around for a decent player such as a Hinrich with our expirings and though I would not be against trading Ray in the right situation you have to keep in mind that Ray is still a 50/40/90% shooter who is deadly when his touch is there. How about Doc limits his minutes, moves him to the bench etc?

I don't think we need to blow things up just yet but we need to try something.

I disagree. Ray doesn't bang a lot and does not look tired out there. He is running around hours before the game so if he was tired he could cut some time there. We are just in a slump. We have great players and a great team, we don't need to make changes just for change's sake. Did we really think at the start of the season there would be no slumps?

Is Doc's job really to change things?

So you all think Doc is doing a good job coaching this team at the moment and should be doing exactly what he has been doing? Don't you think he should be doing more to change things up, I mean we are 6 and 12 or something since Christmas. How many threads are there about the teams lack of heart and fire, about the starters playing to many minutes, about there being no back up 3 etc. Shouldn't he be trying something like playing Tony Allen more now that he is playing better and giving Ray more rest, giving Walker, Giddens or Shelden more playing time now to see if they can contribute to this team when it actually counts etc?

I personally don't think he is doing a great job at the moment.
