Iverson has already made it clear that he doesn't want to play off the bench. No point in trading players for someone who won't play.

i mean he would get minutes here, philly is one of the worst teams, and hes still only averaging 14 ppg maybe hes humbled enough to want to join a contender at this time...

maybe he could even start and bring ray off the bench as 6th man

I watched a bit of the Philly/Lakers game the other day and Iverson looked like he had nothing. And that is against a team that speedy point guards usually do well against.

I think we can do a lot better.

I thought the same thing until I realized he has started every game as a Sixer (again.) I love the dude but bench scorer he does not appear to be.
