Oliver Perez, when he's right. He's got better stuff, he just needs to be consistent.

I'm not as big on Hill as some of my fellow mods but I probably would.

Rich Hill easily, but Oliver Perez' somewhat re-emergence is pretty nice to see. He's still nowhere near his 2004 season, but he's getting there.

Oliver Perez is younger than Hill, which is pretty remarkable. Perez has been around forever it seems.
