Where does Kemba rank now on the PG list?

I think it's probably pretty safe to say he's passed Kyrie up this year, so where does he rank now top 15, top 10?
In no particular order I'd say
Curry
Westbrook
Lillard
Cp3
Lowry
Wall
Kemba
There's obviously some debatable guys with him such as Isaiah, B Knight, Kyrie and a few others perhaps. But right now I'd say I have him at 7 behind those top 6 guys...
What do you think?
Also, i've heard conflicting arguments about his defense, can someone fill me in on the type of defender he is on a consistent basis?
