Probably Sheets, but they're both awesome.

Probably Sheets, but you can't really go wrong with either one when healthy.

Sheets is Johan Santana when healthy. Sadly he's never healthy. In 2006 he had a 116:11 K:BB ratio. That's just unheard of.

There both good, I would take Harden if he wont get injured, but other than that Big Ben, more experaince, and more yrs played healthy.

I'd take Harden, not just from the homer standpoint, but this guy has amazing stuff, and throws around 100 MPH. I dont think Sheets can get that high.

Sheets is nasty. That 18k game he had against Atlanta a few years ago was one of the best pitching performances I've seen.

I think Harden has the better stuff but right now probably Sheets..

Better question might be whose more injury prone lol...

ben Sheets is Awesome.

Mid to high 90s fastball, huge 12-6 curve, and now a pretty nice change. And he walks nobody. If he makes 30 starts you can give him the Cy Young right now.

Sheets. Has 3 legit K pitches: Fastball, changeup and a hammer curve. Great WHIP.

Being a Rich Harden fan and even more being an Athleics fan,it's hard to go against Rich, but seeing Ben pitch in AAA a few years back for Indianapolis it's hard to go against him also.
