Hanley has yet to reach his prime, Miggy is past his.

Utley and Howard are in theirs. I'll take them.

That's what I get for watching Orioles games...for some reason I immediately thought of Tejada when I saw Miggy.

BBJ, what's the opinion of the Beckett/Ramirez swap now amongst the Red Sox faithful? Beckett and Lowell have outperformed expectations this year, but Hanley's just been unreal so far in his short career. I'm guessing Sanchez isn't missed too much with your pitching prospects, so I think it really worked out for both teams.

I think it was the perfect deal for both teams....Florida unloaded salary and got two guys who are going to be legit major leaguers. I wouldn't say Hanley has been unreal...hes been good but not unreal.

Any second basemen in baseball is far behind Utley, he's that good. Lets put all 4 in the same infield and call it a day

i would want Howard/Utley. Easily. I think this because Howard hits for power and utley hits for average. Hanely hits for average but Utley has done it better. Miggy is a slugger but Howard has done it just as well. X factor is Utley
